1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, hashed password, company name, locale preference, and IP address used at registration.
• Customer Data: any data you upload to the Service (such as customer records, products, machines, jobs, files). This data is stored solely on your behalf.
• Usage data: log files, browser type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, click events, and similar diagnostic data.
• Billing information: processed exclusively by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full credit card numbers or banking details. We receive only a transaction reference and the last four digits of the payment instrument.
• Cookies & similar technologies: session cookies necessary for authentication and basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and protect against fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
• Process subscription payments through Lemon Squeezy.
• Communicate transactional notices (e.g., password resets, billing receipts, security alerts).
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Aggregate anonymized usage statistics to monitor performance and reliability.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your personal data is:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you have subscribed to.
• Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and improve performance.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with the following categories of providers, each acting as our sub-processor under written agreements:

• Payment processing: Lemon Squeezy (Squeezy LLC) — merchant of record, handles all transaction data and tax compliance.
• Hosting infrastructure: our cloud hosting provider — operates the servers on which the Service runs.
• Content delivery network and DDoS protection: Cloudflare, Inc.
• Email delivery: transactional email service used solely for system notifications.
• Error monitoring (optional): aggregated, anonymized error reports to help us diagnose issues.

5. International Data Transfers

The Service may be hosted in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in such jurisdictions. We rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, accounting, and audit obligations. Customer Data may be permanently deleted thirty (30) days after account termination. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to preserve before that time.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE SECURITY AND DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS RESULTING FROM CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); (d) restrict or object to processing; (e) request data portability; (f) lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Many of these actions can be performed directly in your account settings or by exporting Customer Data through the Service. You may also exercise any of your rights at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond without undue delay and in any event within one (1) month of receipt, as required by Article 12 GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz) — or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please delete the corresponding account.

10. Cookies

We use only essential, first-party cookies required for authentication, session management, and basic functionality. We do not deploy third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may impair the Service.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We do not engage in automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects on you. The Service may include AI-assisted features that generate informational outputs; such outputs are not used to make decisions about you as an individual.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

13. No Warranty

THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING IN THIS POLICY CREATES ANY CONTRACTUAL OR LEGAL OBLIGATION ON US BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
